How to use it

  1. Write each cost the moment you pay it, with the group (stock, transport, rent, airtime and so on). A cost you write tonight is half remembered.
  2. Mark whether you paid cash or MoMo. At night, the cash costs should match what left your box, and the MoMo costs what left your wallet.
  3. Once a week add each group. The group with the biggest number is where your money goes.
  4. To keep the list on a computer: add the costs in the box above and tap Download as CSV. Open the file in Excel, or in Google Sheets with File, then Import, then Upload. On a phone that will not download, tap Copy for Google Sheets, open a sheet, tap a cell and paste.

This sheet is for costs. Sales go on the daily sales sheet; what is left is sales in, minus the costs here. No figure on this page needs a source: it is a blank form and an example with made-up numbers.
